Most of our immigration services are provided and managed remotely with you virtually through current web-based technology online, and of course express mail. We assist entrepreneurs, business owners, treaty traders and investors reach their immigration goals by obtaining an applicable U.S. visa in order to establish new businesses, acquire existing businesses, operate a franchise, conduct business and make investments. E-1, E-2, & E-3 Visas
We quickly and effortlessly get your visa to visit and/or conduct temporary business in the U.S. for at least 6 months. B1/B2 Visas
We collaborate with and assist all stakeholders, to obtain visas for officials of foreign governments, representatives of international NGOs, and members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Sub-classes of these visas are also available to immediate family and personal staff. In addition to assisting with obtaining such visas, it is more typical to assist such persons to transition to another immigration status. We assist US citizens and their fiancé(e)s to secure non-immigrant visas to enter the U.S. to get married. K-1/2 Visas

We are available also for immigration application and document review, visa extensions, change of status, adjustment of status, and application or process status follow-up.
Our fee structure for visa services is on a flat-fee basis. The fee quoted will be based on the typical case. A final fee cannot be quoted, however, until we have a consultation and a complete picture of what should be done.
Please note that our fees do not include government-filing fees or other associated costs with your immigration matter. Virtual or phone 30-minutes consultations are $75. You are under no obligation to hire the firm for further legal work. If you decide to retain us within 7 days the full amount of your consultation fee is credited to your account.
